Let's take a moment to review what's occurred within the Infolus product in 2022 and look ahead at what's coming in 2023

As we’re recovering from the excitement of the last week - well let's be honest, the last month - let’s take a moment to sip a warm beverage and review the advancements made to the Infoplus Product in 2022. And then, we will look at the goals and plans for Infoplus in 2023.  2022 Infoplus Product Recap The Infoplus Development Team had a busy year. In 2022, they released over 660 points of development effort covering 93 stories (32 Feature enhancements, 54 bug fixes, and 7 new carrier integrations with Lasership, FedEx Cross Border, Axlehire, Loomis, Spee-Dee, OSM Worldwide, and UPS Ground Collect). Some of the highlights from the Infoplus Development Team include:  New Order Processing Architecture (currently ready and going live in January) API v3.0 Rate Limiting v1.0 Warehouse Inventory Table to Support Businesses with 10+ Warehouses Returns Module v1.0 eHub Shipping Partnership v1.0 Back-end Stability, Speed, and Security Enhancements For more detailed information about what has been released, updated, and fixed, please refer to our Product Updates Blog.  2022 Milestones Product is only one part of the Infoplus experience. Infoplus is wholly committed to providing an outstanding customer experience, and in that spirit, multiple new offerings were added in 2022, including:  Direct Connect Chat Support for Infoplus Users Click here to sign up for Chat Support Now Client Ticket Portal Professional Services 2023: What’s in the Pipeline 2023 is shaping up to be a year of progress. The Infoplus Development Team has lofty goals to get the entire Infoplus product in a state to handle significantly higher volume, storage, and speed through database, infrastructure, and processing improvements. Once these steps are taken, the focus will shift to developing new features and enhancing existing features. 2023 still has capacity for some exciting new development, including PIT Cycle Counts, Loads v2.0, and Returns v2.0.  PIT Cycle Counts - going live in January New Order Processing Architecture - going live in January Loads v2.0 Returns v2.0 eHub 2.0 Time in Transit Visibility Distributed Session and Cache Improvements More Back-end Stability, Speed, and Security Enhancements A Moment of Thanks Finally, we would like to take a brief moment to say thank you for being a loyal Infoplus customer this year.
