Mobile Floor App: Login Errors

Troubleshoot common login errors on handheld devices using the InfoPlus mobile app.

InfoPlus supports a wide range of handheld devices, using industry standards to ensure 95% of units on the market are compatible with our software. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, so some brands or models may experience login issues with the mobile app. Below are common login errors and how to resolve them.

Errors:

Bad server URL, Username or Password:

Double-check your Server URL, Username, and Password for typos. If you think your credentials may be wrong, contact a supervisor with User Edit access in InfoPlus to confirm your Username and/or reset your Password. Your supervisor can follow How to Reset Your InfoPlus Password if needed.

An unknown error occurred...

Remove /login from the end of your Server URL and try again.

Remove the / at the end of the Server URL and try again.

  • Incorrect: https://YourCompanyName.infopluswms.com/

  • Correct: https://YourCompanyName.infopluswms.com

Additional Solutions

  1. Clear the app's cache and data on your device. If you need help locating these settings, contact your device administrator.
  2. Verify that the Date and Time on your handheld device matches the settings on your desktop computer. If they don't match, uninstall and reinstall the app.
