Call Center: Create Gift Card Email Content
Instructions for how to create a gift card email (and the content of the email) in the Infoplus Call Center
You can only create one gift card email per Line of Business (LOB).
- From the Dashboard, select the "Account Management" Tab.
- Click the “Call Center” app.
- Click the “Gift Card Email Content” table.
- Click Create New.
- Fill in the fields to create the contents of the gift card email. Fields with an asterisk are required.
- Click Save.
