Call Center: Edit / Cancel a Gift Card

1. Access the gift card to be edited or canceled. Two methods:
   - In the “Gift Cards” table, rest your mouse on the record, click the double arrows at the end of the record, and select Edit; or
   - Click on the gift card to open it, then select Actions > Edit, or click the Edit button at the bottom of the window.
2. Make the necessary edits. If you need to cancel a gift card, change the Is Active field to False.
3. When finished, click Save to save your changes.
