Use the Infoplus Call Center to send a preview email of an incoming gift card using these easy steps.

Call Center: Send Gift Card Preview Email

To see a preview of the gift card email content, run the “Send Gift Card Preview Email” process.

  1. From the Dashboard, select the "Account Management" Tab.
  2. Click the “Call Center” app.
  3. Click the “Send Gift Card Preview Email” process.
  4. Select the Gift Card Email you want to preview by clicking the checkbox next to the record.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter the email address to send the preview to.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Review the planned actions, and click Next. The gift card preview email will be sent.
  9. Click Done.
