We are delighted to share additional updates and improvements to our newly launched Returns feature from last week—be sure to explore it here if you haven't yet!—along with several adjustments designed to sustain efficiency in your workflows.
Power Pills are icons that indicate a special property about something. For Returns, we added a power pill that will be inserted and displayed on Line Items that have a corresponding Return Order.
This provides visibility when sorting and searching through your data, so you know what's been returned, what's been partially returned, and what hasn't.
If the Return Order is for the full amount, you'll see a power pill that says RET:
If the Return Order is only partial (less than the full amount), you'll see a power pill that says P-RET:
To enhance visibility, we have introduced a new tab on all Order records named Return Orders. This tab will display all associated Return Orders, if any exist, linked to the original Order. We have made efforts to provide multiple methods for locating return orders through the Order table.
As the title says, you can now ship through Amazon with EasyPost, using your own contracts if you have any. Be sure to refer to our article here on Amazon Shipping to learn more!
When we released our Returns feature last week, there was no limit on the number of open orders that would show up in the Mobile Floor App screen after selecting Verify Returns. Now, open orders are limited to 25 for simplicity and efficiency.
Of course, you can manually search for any open orders that aren't displayed in the initially displayed 25.
For context on what's changed here: when a Return Order is generated for an order containing a line item allocated from multiple POs, a separate line item for each PO is created on the return order.
Previously, there was an issue in the Mobile Floor App where these line items displayed the same PO# for each entry. Now, the return line items will accurately display the specific PO from which they were allocated.
The open orders displayed in the Verify Returns menu will now be filtered based on the warehouse chosen in the Mobile Floor App. Previously, all open Return Orders for all warehouses were displayed regardless of which warehouse a user selected.
We have enabled API functionality for the Returns feature. The following can now be accessed:
- Return Order
- Return Order Line
- Return Order Details
Users now have the option to change the carrier, service, and even add a Manifest Script if needed during the Reship Return Order process, giving you even more control over how you handle any orders that need to go back out!

In case you missed it, here's a spotlight for a feature we released earlier this year: Business Rules.
Business Rules enable you to suspend orders from Fulfillment. You can specify which orders to suspend based on any criteria you choose, utilizing Smart Filters, which are then interpreted by Business Rules. Consider the Smart Filter as the mechanism where you designate the type of order to be suspended, and the Business Rule as the toggle that activates the suspension.
Here are some scenarios where Business Rules might be beneficial:
