Call Center: Create Gift Card Email Content

Instructions for how to create a gift card email (and the content of the email) in the Infoplus Call Center

You can only create one gift card email per Line of Business (LOB).

  1. From the Dashboard, select the "Account Management" Tab.
  2. Click the “Call Center” app.
  3. Click the “Gift Card Email Content” table.
  4. Click Create New.
  5. Fill in the fields to create the contents of the gift card email.  Fields with an asterisk are required.
  6. Click Save.
