Compatible Desktop, Mobile Devices, Browsers, and Email Clients

Where can you use Infoplus? This article covers where and on what devices you can access the cloud-based Infoplus app.

Infoplus is a cloud-based platform, available from any PC, Mac, or mobile device with an internet connection. Infoplus has a mobile app to provide an optimal and consistent user experience from any device. This lets you access Infoplus directly from your phone or tablet browser. Below is a list of all of the Desktops, Mobile Devices, Browsers, and Email Clients that are compatible with Infoplus.

Compatible Desktops and Mobile Devices

Infoplus is available from ANY PC, Mac or mobile device with an internet connection and an HTML 5 web browser. Here are a few desktops and mobile devices that are compatible.

NOTE: Infoplus does not support opening attachments on iOS devices.

Recommended Minimum RAM 

The minimum that works is a dual-core 3ghz with 4GB RAM but if you are using LocalConnect then the recommended specs would be 3GHz 8GB RAM.

All Compatible Browsers and Email Clients (for notifications)

Infoplus is compatible with all major web browsers and email clients for notifications sent directly from the application.

NOTE: Email may render differently depending upon the receiver's email client.

Where to Download the Infoplus Mobile App

  • The Infoplus Android Companion App is available for download on Google Play and the Zebra AppGallery.  If you cannot access these stores, the APK file for the app is attached.
  • The Infoplus iOS Companion App is available for download in the iTunes Store
