What's New in InfoPlus

A huge thank you to all of our customers for your patience and partnership throughout our recent platform upgrade. The rollout went smoothly, and we couldn't have done it without you. With that behind us, we're excited to get back to the fun stuff: building the features you've been asking for.

Our roadmap for the rest of 2026 is set, with some big new capabilities on the way. And as always, we'll keep working in as many smaller improvements as time allows.

Here's what's new:

Shipping and Carrier Improvements

  • DHL shipments to Israel now support using the Street 3 address field to pass the State, making international addressing more flexible.

  • USPS Ship accounts are now eligible for rate shopping, so you can compare available rates and select the best options.

  • eHub label creation now handles item and package weight more smoothly, resolving an earlier issue where some customers received a weight error that prevented them from producing a label.

Shopify Version 2 and TikTok Shop

Development is progressing well and we're excited about what's coming! We're not quite ready to launch this week, but details and timing are coming soon. Stay tuned!
