What's New in InfoPlus

This release brings improvements across three key areas of your warehouse operations — inventory visibility, receiving accuracy, and replenishment reliability. Updates to the Perpetual Inventory Log make it easier to access critical item data at a glance, Receiving Worksheet enhancements ensure more accurate and consistent processing of ASNs with duplicate SKUs, and replenishment processing improvements ensure work generates reliably across all configuration scenarios. Together, these updates support a smoother, more confident day-to-day workflow for your team.

Perpetual Inventory Log - Display Improvements

We've made improvements to the Perpetual Inventory Log to ensure item field values are displayed clearly and consistently, giving you a more complete and accurate view of your inventory data without having to run additional filters or searches.  

The following fields will now populate and display correctly within the log:

  • Item Account Code
  • Item Category
  • Item Sub Category
  • Item Buyer
  • Item Summary Code
  • Item Production Code
  • Item Legacy Low Stock Contact
  • Item Low Stock Contact

With these improvements, users can access the information they need faster, supporting more informed inventory decisions and a smoother day-to-day workflow.

Receiving Worksheets - ASN Duplicate SKU Improvements

We've made improvements to Receiving Worksheets to ensure accurate and reliable processing when an ASN contains the same SKU more than once. Users will now experience a smoother, more consistent receiving workflow with the following fixes:

  • Receiving Worksheets now correctly update original receipts as received, preventing incomplete receipts from being left open.
  • Partial receipts are now created with accurate order quantities, eliminating incorrect or unexpected values.

These improvements ensure that inventory receiving data remains accurate and complete, reducing manual corrections and giving your team greater confidence in the receiving process.

Replenishment Processing - Warehouse Recognition Improvements

We've made improvements to replenishment processing to ensure warehouses are reliably recognized during replenishment runs, even in complex configuration scenarios. Previously, users may have encountered a "Warehouse not found" error that could prevent replenishment work from being created — even when all configurations were correctly set up. Users can now expect replenishment work to generate consistently and as expected, supporting a smoother fulfillment operation.

These improvements work behind the scenes — no changes to your warehouse, location, pick face assignments, or replenishment plan configuration are needed on your end.

Business Rules give you a powerful, flexible way to hold specific orders out of fulfillment without manual intervention — whether it's due to inclement weather, carrier restrictions, non-payment, or a customer-requested hold. Powered by Smart Filters, Business Rules can be turned on and off quickly and set with an Expiration Date so they deactivate automatically when no longer needed.
