Call Center: Generate Customer Order Invoices Report

There are two ways to access the Call Center App to generate customer order invoice reports so you can save and print invoices.

Call Center: Generate Customer Order Invoices Report

This report allows you to download and save/print invoices. 

You can generate this report from the “Call Center” app or from within the “Invoice” table.

From the “Call Center” App:

  1. Access the “Call Center” app. See Access the "Call Center" App for help.
  2. Click the “Customer Order Invoices” report. You will be taken to the “Invoice” table.
  3. Select the invoice(s) to download by clicking the checkbox next to the invoice(s).
  4. Click the Next link at the top of the window.
  5. Click the Download Report button to download a PDF file. Each page in the file will represent one invoice. Save and/or print the report as needed.
    NOTE: The report is also available via a link that can be shared for 30 days. Copy and paste the link as needed.
  6. Click Done.

From within the “Invoice” table:

  1. Access the “Invoice” table. See Access the "Invoice" Table for help.
  2. Select the invoice(s) to download by clicking the checkbox next to the invoice(s).
  3. Click the Actions button, and select Customer Order Invoices.
  4. Click the Download Report button to download a PDF file. Each page in the file will represent one invoice. Save and/or print the report as needed.
    NOTE: The report is also available via a link that can be shared for 30 days. Copy and paste the link as needed.
  5. Click Done.
