InfoPlus Product Update - August 15 2025

RateShop in Ship Station improvement

The process for identifying and updating orders missing the ship to country has been improved. You will now receive a new error message and be able to take the appropriate action to update and reprocess the order.

The new error message will read: "The Ship To Country is missing or invalid. Update using the "Edit Processed Orders" Process and try again."

For our larger customers with multiple warehouses, we have enhanced the order line activity table to include the Warehouse field to streamline your efforts in bringing the data together.

Reship improvements

We untangled two reship issues:

• Inventory Accuracy: When Items were received in multiple locations, some were accidentally showing up in all previously used locations. Now each item is correctly tied only to its actual location.

• Address Updates: Enter a new address for a reship, and it will actually stick to the new order just as you intended.

eHub signature required

If you selected Direct Signature Required for a package going through eHub, it will now be enforced as expected.
