    Streaminled Serial Number Entry

    We've made it even faster to record serial numbers for your outbound orders! Previously, you had to select a specific item (SKU) on an order before you could start entering serial numbers. Now, you can begin scanning or typing in serial numbers immediately after identifying the order, when you see this screen:


    This improvement cuts down on extra clicks and gets your team moving quicker.

    Plus, once all your serial numbers are recorded, you'll find a handy link to take you directly to the Ship Station app, making your workflow even smoother:

     

    Smarter Weight Checks at the Ship Station

    We've refined the Ship Station experience to ensure weight checks behave exactly as you expect, especially when you're processing orders by scanning carton labels.

    Previously, some users noticed that even if they had turned off the "Weight Check Packed Orders" setting for their warehouse, the system might still ask for a weight verification when working in carton mode. This bug has been squashed!

    Now, whether your orders were pre-packed by our cartonization feature or packed at a pack station, the Ship Station will correctly follow your "Weight Check Packed Orders" setting. If you have it turned ON, you'll be prompted to verify carton weights. If it's turned OFF, you won't be asked. This means a smoother, more predictable workflow for your team, ensuring you only perform weight checks when it's truly needed.
