Product Updates and New Releases

InfoPlus Product Update - November 6, 2026

Written by The InfoPlus Team | Nov 6, 2026, 4:27:39 PM

This Week’s Release is our final product release of 2026, with improvements across international shipping, Shopify, pick-to-cart operations, and 3PL billing.

What's New in InfoPlus

What a year it’s been! In 2026, we completed our database platform migration and fully retired our legacy software, one of the biggest platform milestones in InfoPlus history and a stronger foundation for everything we build next. Along the way, your ideas and feedback shaped release after release. We’re closing out the year with one more round of improvements to international shipping, tracking, pick-to-cart, 3PL billing and our Shopify and API integrations, just in time for peak season. Thank you for building with us this year. Here’s what’s new:

International Shipping

Commodity codes support full tariff formatting
Commodity codes now support up to 100 characters, including periods, so full tariff codes like 0511.99.40.30 save on the item exactly as written. Codes entered without periods continue to work as-is, and new commodity codes accept numbers and periods only. See this week’s Pro Tip for a quick check worth making.

Customs weights now carry three decimal places
International labels now send each item’s customs weight to three decimal places, with a .001 lb minimum, so customs weights for even your lightest items line up with the package weight. Item weights entered to a third decimal place go to the carrier exactly as entered, on EasyPost domestic labels too.

Shipments Table

Tracking history for Dashlink Shipments
Dashlink shipments created through EasyPost now show their full tracking history on the shipment record’s Tracking tab, giving your team end-to-end visibility without leaving InfoPlus.

Ship To Email and Ship To Phone on the Shipment table
Ship To Email and Ship To Phone are now available columns on the Shipment table, pulled from the associated order. They sort, filter, and export just as they do on the Order table.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

Release Cart frees up static pick-to-cart bins
You can now use Release Cart to free a static cart location held by an order that shipped before its pick work wrapped up. It’s available as an action on the Cart table and as a button on Manage Carts in the Mobile Floor App, so your team can clear the bin right from the floor and keep it ready for the next order.

3PL Billing

Invoice Worksheet updates

  • Lines save exactly as entered:  Bulk edits on Invoice Worksheets keep every line in place, whatever the size of the worksheet. When you add, remove, or reorder lines, they save in the order you entered them.

  • Duplicate action retired:  The duplicate action is no longer offered on Invoice Worksheets.

API, Integrations & Shopping Carts

Expiration dates on ASNs created through the API
ASNs created through the API (Beta and V3) now save the expiration date included in the request.

Shopify orders arrive with the shopper's email and phone
Newly imported Shopify orders now carry the shopper's email as the Ship To Email, and the shopper's phone as the Ship To Phone when the shipping address doesn't include one. If you've been adding these by hand or through a script or trigger, that step is no longer needed.

Beyond This Release

Shopify connections are moving to expiring access tokens

This release lays the groundwork for Shopify's move to expiring access tokens. We'll transition connections over the coming weeks, and every connection will be switched before Shopify's January 1, 2027 deadline. For most clients, the switch is seamless. Orders and inventory keep syncing, with nothing to update on your side. If you have scripts or integrations that work directly with your Shopify access token, we'll reach out to you directly to identify which ones may be affected and coordinate the timing of your switch.

Pro Tips from the InfoPlus Team 💡

We're sharing quick tips to help you get the most out of InfoPlus — straight from the team that knows it best.

Pro Tip 💡:  Entered a commodity code with periods?  Give it a quick look.

Some clients have entered full tariff codes with the periods included, like 0511.99.40.30, and found the saved code came out shorter than what they typed or didn't save at all. As of this release, those codes save in full. Codes saved before the release don't update on their own, though, so a quick review is worth it:

  • Check codes you entered with periods and re-enter any that were cut short.
  • No need to reformat codes saved without periods. They work as they always have.

Learn How: Create Commodity Codes

As always, we're committed to passing your data through to your carrier, though we aren't able to advise on which codes apply to your products. Your carrier or a customs broker is the right source for that.
