We’re excited to share the latest updates to InfoPlus! This release focuses on improving operational stability, enhancing warehouse visibility, and smoothing edge-case workflows across orders, returns, integrations, and shipping. Here’s what’s new:

Orders & Returns

Improved Return Handling

• Return orders with zero-shipped or fully substituted items can now be reshipped without errors.

• Reship attempts involving substitution logic behave as intended, giving you more flexibility in managing partial or complex returns.

Warehouse & Inventory

Enhanced Inventory Accuracy

• Short-pick adjustments now appear in the Item Activity table, providing clear insight into inventory changes and pick-path adjustments.

• Warehouse inventory index totals are now calculated correctly across all locations.

• Substituted SKUs are now properly counted in Fulfillment Process records, ensuring accurate SKU totals for operations reporting.

Parcel Accounts & Shipping

Streamlined Carrier Management

• You can now add or remove third-party parcel accounts from orders without encountering errors.

• Parcel account validation has been improved to prevent duplicates or invalid configurations.

• Bulk edits for parcel accounts now work reliably, supporting smoother rate-shopping and labeling workflows.

Shopping Cart & Integrations

More Reliable Connections

• Connection details for shopping cart webhooks now display even if some connections fail.

• Merchants can now sync multiple shopping cart SKUs to a single InfoPlus item, supporting complex SKU setups.

• Partial connection failures no longer obscure overall integration status.

UI & Usability 

Better Visibility & Performance

• The Alternate Location permission is now visible in the UI, making permissions management easier for admins.

• Bulk editing custom fields for Orders and Items now processes more reliably and efficiently.

API & Performance

Peak-Season Optimizations

• Test-site API rate limits have been reduced during peak season to preserve live-environment performance.

• This ensures that your production workflows remain fast and stable, while testing and staging workflows continue uninterrupted.
