InfoPlus Product Update - October 10, 2025

This Week’s Release: Enhancements to the InfoPlus Warehouse Management Ecosystem

    Enhancements to Workforce Efficiency!

As we continue preparing for the peak season, this release delivers improvements that make your operations faster, clearer, and more reliable—helping your team stay efficient when it matters most.

    Simplified Shopify Returns

InfoPlus now supports Shopify Returns, making it easier than ever to manage ecommerce returns from start to finish.  Approved returns will now flow seamlessly into InfoPlus, ensuring your inventory stays accurate and up to date.  Automatic updates will also flow back to Shopify, helping your team close the loop faster and reduce manual follow-up during the returns process.

Action Required: To activate Shopify Returns within InfoPlus, please refresh your Shopify connection.  This one-time refresh ensures all new return features are properly enabled.

    Faster Bulk Uploads

We’ve enhanced performance behind the scenes to deliver faster processing speeds when working with bulk uploads in key tables.  These updates help large data imports complete more quickly—keeping your warehouse running smoothly even during high-volume periods.

    Clearer Shipping Error Messages

We’ve refined how InfoPlus displays certain shipping error messages, making them easier to understand and resolve quickly.  You’ll now see more specific guidance when label or carrier issues occur, reducing time spent troubleshooting and keeping your shipments on track.

    Improved Reship Experience

We resolved an issue that occasionally caused Reship orders to behave unexpectedly.
Reships now process more reliably and accurately, ensuring replacement shipments are handled smoothly without extra intervention.

    New Product Charge Tracking

A new Product Charge table gives you better visibility into SKU-specific charges over time.
This enhancement helps simplify product-level billing, reporting, and profitability analysis.

Important: Each Product Charge record must have a unique combination of SKU and Effective Date. You cannot have two entries with the same SKU and date—this ensures clear, conflict-free charge tracking for each product.

Access Note: The Product Charge table is currently available to Administrators only.  Administrators can adjust table permissions within the Role table if broader access is desired.

    New DAS Fees Table

We’ve introduced a new DAS Fees Table within InfoPlus, designed to make it easier to manage and review Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) fees.  This table provides a centralized view of surcharge data that can be used for clearer shipping cost analysis and billing transparency.  You can now view, create, and maintain DAS fee records directly within InfoPlus or via API, giving you better control over how surcharges are tracked and applied.

Access Note: The DAS Fees table is currently available to Administrators only.

Administrators can adjust permissions for this table through the Role table to make it visible to additional users if needed.

    New Zip Code Zone Table

To further support shipping accuracy and optimization, InfoPlus now includes a Zip Code Zone Table.  This table helps you manage and reference shipping zones by zip code, improving routing visibility and consistency across your fulfillment operations.  With this enhancement, you can bulk edit or import zip-to-zone mappings, enabling faster updates and easier integration with carrier logic

Access Note: The Zip Code Zone table is currently available to Administrators only.  Administrators can adjust permissions for this table within the Role table to provide additional team access.

Upcoming Changes: Preparing for Peak Season

To help ensure a smooth and reliable experience during peak season, InfoPlus will be implementing new API rate limits for test environments.  Starting soon, test site API requests will be limited to 1 request per second per key and 3 requests per second per domain.  This proactive change helps maintain stability and performance for all customers during high-demand periods while minimizing unnecessary infrastructure load.  These limits apply only to test sites, not production environments.
