Warehouse Activity for 3PL Billing
As the first step in building our new 3PL Billing module, Infoplus now has a new set of tables where all WMS activity is copied into a simple flat format, for easy reporting and extraction. These tables will be the foundation of the new 3PL Billing module, as they are the source data for all Invoices that a 3PL can issue from Infoplus.
In this release, the following new tables will be available:
- Order Activity
- Order Line Activity
- Carton Activity
- Item Receipt Activity
- Work Activity
- Inventory Storage Activity
- Billing Code Activity
- Job Time Activity

Improvements to Order Bulk Load
Based on your feedback, we have made a number of updates to the Order Bulk Load process in Infoplus. These changes are meant to cut down on the amount of work that you have to do before trying to load your file into Infoplus, and to make the process in Infoplus more robust and less error prone. The changes are:
- You can now choose the field that identifies your items in the file. You can choose from SKU, UPC, Vendor SKU, or one of your custom fields on the Item table.
- States can now be specified as either their 2-letter postal abbreviations, or as their full names. For example, you can use CA, California, or CALIFORNIA.
- You can now continue through the Review screen, even if one or more rows in your files have errors. The rows with errors won’t load, but all other rows in your file will load. Just make sure you take note of the rows that failed, so you can fix them and get them loaded in a separate file (note: this change impacts all the Bulk Load processes for all tables, not just Orders).
- Orders Bulk Load supports more date/time formats, so you shouldn’t have to change the date format in your files before you load them.
- A bug in the Tall Format for Orders Bulk Load (which caused each line to become its own Order) has been fixed.
