Call Center: Cancel Orders

If the orders status is “WMS Accepted” or “Entry Paused”, the order can be canceled.

Canceling orders is a process in Infoplus. You can begin the process from the “Call Center” app or from within the “OMS Order” table.


To cancel orders from the “Call Center” app:

  1. Access the “Call Center” app. See Access the "Call Center" App for help.
  2. Click the “Cancel Orders” process. You will be taken to the “OMS Orders” table.
  3. Select the order(s) to be canceled by clicking the checkbox next to each order.
  4. After making your selections, click the Next link at the top of the window.
  5. Review the order(s) to be canceled, and then click Next to cancel the order(s). The order(s) are canceled.
  6. Click Done.

To cancel orders from within the “OMS Orders” table:

  1. Access the “OMS Order” table. See Access the "OMS Order" Table for help.
  2. Click the checkbox next to each order to be canceled.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Cancel Orders.
  4. Review the order(s) to be canceled, and then click Next. The order(s) are canceled.
  5. Click Done
