What's New in InfoPlus
This week's release is a quick one. While much of our energy is going toward the bigger capabilities on our 2026 roadmap, we're always making room for refinements along the way.
Here's what's new:
Shipping and Carrier Improvements
eHub customs data can't be completed when an order is missing a price, and in the past the message users saw didn't always point to the cause. Now, when this situation comes up, you'll see a specific message identifying the affected SKU that makes it easy to add the missing price and keep your shipment moving:
"Error: Missing/zero price for SKU [SKU number] for customs pricing."

Pro Tip 💡: Shipping to the EU Under the New Customs Rules
The EU's customs changes took effect July 1, and complete, accurate customs data is now the difference between a smooth delivery and a parcel stuck at the border. A few tips from our team to keep your EU shipments moving:
- Keep customs descriptions specific but short. Customers using the USPS Ship API have reported encountering a 30 character limit on the customs description field, so keeping descriptions under that length helps labels generate without a hitch.
- Make sure every SKU has a price. All EU-bound shipments now require itemized values, and a missing or zero price will stop customs data from completing.
