InfoPlus Product Update - July 31, 2026
This Week’s Release: Order Source Reservations, Scheduled Plans and Mobile App Improvements.
What's New in InfoPlus
Even as the larger items on our 2026 roadmap take shape, we're committed to shipping the everyday improvements that make InfoPlus work better for you.
Here's what's new:
Order Source Reservations by Warehouse
You can now apply order source reservations across all warehouses or to an individual warehouse, giving you finer control over how inventory is allocated.
Scheduled Plans
- Scheduled plans now provide clearer, more informative messaging as you create them, so you can set them up with confidence.
- You can now schedule plans to run at 12:00 AM, giving you more flexibility over when your plans execute.
Mobile App Automatic Warehouse Selection
When your account has a single active warehouse, the app now selects it automatically, so you can move straight into your work. For accounts with multiple active warehouses, you'll continue to choose the warehouse you want before proceeding.
On The Horizon!
Shopify Version 2 and TikTok Shop
Both are moving through active development and shaping up well. We're taking the time to get these integrations right before we put them in your hands, and we'll share a full rollout plan with timing once we're ready to launch. Thank you for your patience as we build.
Changes for EU Import Rules
We're continuing to work closely with our carrier partners and monitor the new EU import rules as they take shape. There are a few steps you can take now to prepare.
The product identifiers (PIDs) many of you have asked about are voluntary today but become mandatory on November 1. For shipments to EU consumers, three identifiers will be required for each item:
| Product Identifier | What It Is | InfoPlus Item Field |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant Product Identifier | Your own product reference, such as your SKU or listing ID | SKU |
| Manufacturer Product Identifier | The manufacturer's own reference for the product, such as a proprietary model code | Vendor SKU |
| Standardized Product Identifier | An internationally recognized standard such as a GTIN, EAN, or UPC, required wherever one exists for the item | UPC |
If any of these fields are not yet populated for the items you ship to the EU, we recommend starting that work now so you are ready ahead of the November 1 deadline.
Beyond the product identifiers, carriers are also recommending the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm for EU shipments. One note to be aware of: DDP is not available for shipments sent through EasyPost PC Postage accounts. Your carrier rep can walk you through what this means for your setup and the options available to you.
For deeper background on the requirements, both UPS and FedEx have published helpful guidance:
For additional guidance we suggest reaching out to your carrier reps. InfoPlus is committed to passing the required data from our system to your carrier but cannot provide international shipping advice.

Pro Tips from the InfoPlus Team 💡
We're sharing quick tips to help you get the most out of InfoPlus — straight from the team that knows it best.
Pro Tip 💡: Label won't generate? Check platform status before you submit a ticket
Label creation depends on live connections out to EasyPost and eHub, and beyond them, to the carriers themselves. When any of those has a service disruption, labels can fail in ways that look like an order issue, such as missing rates, blank service names, or timeouts, even though your order data and InfoPlus are working fine. Customers have found that a quick status check usually explains what's happening right away and saves the wait of opening a ticket for something outside InfoPlus.
Check status first. EasyPost publishes a live status page at status.easypost.com. Bookmark it and subscribe to alerts so you hear about incidents before your pack station does. eHub does not currently offer a public status page, so if you suspect an eHub disruption, reach out to eHub support to confirm and watch for notifications from InfoPlus.
Keep your operations moving.
If the disruption is with EasyPost or eHub and you already have ShipStation connected as an external shipping system, you can keep shipping by routing orders to ShipStation, since it uses its own carrier connections. See Connect Infoplus to ShipStation and Send/Remove Orders.
If the disruption is with the carrier itself, switching platforms may not help, since the carrier is the common point. In that case you can purchase labels directly on the carrier's website, then use the External Shipment function to record the tracking number back onto the order in InfoPlus, keeping your tracking and shipment records complete. (The order needs to be processed first, and External Shipments record tracking rather than produce labels.)
