This policy outlines how Infoplus Commerce determines fees and charges for services. It is incorporated by reference into the Infoplus Commerce Terms of Service.
A Customer represents a potentially regulated entity, like a business or a non-profit. All Infoplus Commerce user accounts are managed through Customers. When you sign up for Infoplus Commerce, you may create a new Customer. Each Customer may have one or more accounts associated with it.
Fees and charges for Development Accounts are included within the standard monthly fees.
Fees and charges for non-Development accounts are based on the product tier select by the Customer plus any selected add-ons. You will be billed for your current selection at the beginning of each month. Any changes to your selections will be immediately prorated and billed within the current billing period.
Late payments may bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) determined and compounded daily from the date due until the date paid. You will reimburse any costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by Infoplus Commerce to collect any amount that is not paid when due. Amounts due from you may not be withheld or offset by you against amounts due to you for any reason. All amounts payable under the Infoplus Commerce Terms of Service are denominated in United States dollars, and you will pay all such amounts in United States dollars.
Other than federal and state net income taxes imposed on Infoplus Commerce by the United States, you will bear all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges (collectively, “taxes”) resulting from the Infoplus Commerce Terms of Service. You will pay any additional taxes as are necessary to ensure that the net amounts received by Infoplus Commerce after all such taxes are paid are equal to the amounts that Infoplus Commerce would have been entitled to in accordance with the Infoplus Commerce Terms of Service as if the taxes did not exist.
We may increase or add new fees and charges for any existing Services by giving you at least 30 days’ advance notice before the beginning of the billing cycle in which such change will take effect. New customers, only for those monthly services outlined in their initial agreement, will have their standard monthly pricing for those services held for the first 12 months of their engagement with Infoplus Commerce.
We may change this Fees and Pricing Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the version and date at the top of this Fees and Pricing Policy and, in some cases, where appropriate we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the login screen or sending you an email notification). Your continued use of our Services after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of this Policy.
