Introducing Exciting Product Updates for Infoplus WMS: Enhancements, Bug Fixes, and More!
This Release Friday, we have a bug fix related to using the Infoplus API as well as a new option related to the Pack Station capabilities. Please also note our scheduled Downtime for August 13th at 4pm.
Here's what you find in this product release:
This fixes a bug where, when using the Fulfillment Process API endpoint to filter by a “status” value of “Ready (Not Started)”, users would receive an error, and no results would be returned. Users will now be able to use the API to filter by the Fulfillment Process “status” of “Ready (Not Started)” without issue, and matching Fulfillment Processes will be returned from the request.
An example API request to filter by Fulfillment Processes with a “status” of “Ready (Not Started)” is as follows (note, this example is encoded):

Without encoding, the filter value is:
status eq “Ready (Not Started)”
There is a new True/False configuration option within the “Pack Station Criteria” tab on Warehouse records - “Allow Add All Items.” This option controls if the “Add All Items” option, which adds all remaining items on an order to the carton being packed, appears for orders being packed in the Pack Station mobile app during the “Scan Item” step of packing cartons.
If “Allow Add All Items” is set to True, the “Add All Items” option will appear in the Pack Station mobile app.
If “Allow Add All Items” is set to False, the “Add All Items” option will be unavailable, so that all remaining items on an order cannot be added to a carton at once.
This configuration will default to True for all existing warehouses and newly created warehouses. If setting this value to False makes more sense, users will need to manually edit their warehouse records.
There is an upcoming maintenance window scheduled for Sunday, August 13th, starting at 4:00 pm CST for the Infoplus application. During this time, the team will be updating the database structure to enhance performance and reliability.
The maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours. To ensure a seamless experience, all users are kindly asked to complete any weekly or daily uploads and bulk actions before 4:00 pm CST on August 13th or on an alternative day.
